Accessibility statement

Salt Services wants every visitor to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and treat accessibility as part of construction, not an add-on.

What we've built in

• Color contrast at or above the 4.5:1 AA standard, verified programmatically for every text/background pair
• Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link
• Semantic HTML landmarks, one heading hierarchy per page, and descriptive alt text on images
• Motion respect: animations, the 3D home graphic, and the custom cursor all disable automatically for visitors with reduced-motion enabled
• Readable defaults: 17px base text, generous line height, no text locked inside images
• Touch targets sized for real hands, and a layout tested from 320px phones to large desktops

Known limitations

Our contact form and chat are provided by a third-party platform and load inside their own frames; we've configured them for accessibility but don't control every detail of their markup. If either gives you trouble, every page lists our phone and email — you'll reach the same people either way.
